Although John Leonard teaches in several areas within Religious Studies, he specializes in Spirituality, Liturgy, Catholic Studies and Liberation Theologies.

John works closely with Women's & Gender Studies, Center for Multicultural Education, Center for Diversity & Inclusion and the Dominican Mission Committee.

An organic gardener and accomplished chef, John integrates food, fitness, music and art in courses and departmental celebrations.
